Customers of this website, which is operated by TCGFoil Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), are requested to abide by the terms and conditions of use set forth herein. By using this website, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

We reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform your good self of any changes.

We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a replacement, you can contact us at CS@TCGFoil.com.

If your replacement request is accepted, we will send you the procedures for the replacement or refund if there is no qualified replacement. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept replacement or refund on our sale items, gift cards, and store credit.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, when replacement request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return is approved, please contact us at CS@TCGFoil.com.
